When you submit order or payment on Essay-For.me, you purchase writing or editing service for your personal use only. All services are delivered by freelance writers or editors (depending on the type of service you order) who transfer essay ownership to Essay-For.me. All types of services are non-refundable despite of the circumstances, except the cases covered in this agreement. All services come with no warranties, implied or expressed.
REFUND POLICY
Essay-For.me services are non-refundable. At the moment your writing or editing order has been completed, Essay-For.me will not issue a refund under any circumstances. Refunds are issues in the following cases only:
- Completed essay has not been delivered
- Completed essay contains plagiarism

IN NO EVENT SHALL ESSAY-FOR.ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEBSITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GOODS, SERVICES OR GRAPHICS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH ESSAY-FOR.ME, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ESSAY-FOR.ME, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ESSAY-FOR.ME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
AMENDMETS
You agree that Essay-For.me may unilaterally change this contract.
